1. Is vengeance a driving force for your character? Why? How important is it to them?
He harboured a lot of resentment before he died, but it wasn't aggressive or proactive enough to be vengeful. He dreamed about Avalir burning while he was isolated and grieving, and a part of him yearned for it. But those urges went against his entire life philosophy, which was ultimately far more important to him.
2. Has your character committed/completed a major act of vengeance? If so, what did that mean to them? How long ago was it?
No. Well, not on purpose; if Kahl can sense the guilt of "sometimes I fantasised about this horrific thing that is now actually happening" he definitely should.
3. Has anyone ever sought/taken vengeance on your character? Was it deserved? How much did it impact them?
Asmodeus' thirst for vengeance against mortals as a whole is what killed and transformed him. None of them deserved that in general, but his very particular brand of hubris gave Asmodeus the opening he needed.
4. Has any of the above happened on the barge? If so, where? Which people were involved?
No.
5. Is there anything in particular you DON'T want Kahl to know about your character? If so, it will be chalked up to his partial barge nerfs.
Nope!
Also, separately, in terms of general god vision,
5. Is your character inhuman, or do they have anything strange going on with the state of their spirit/soul? If so, can Kahl have a sense of what's up with that, even if he doesn't have the language from his own canon to understand it?
He should definitely be able to see that Zerxus sold his soul to a god who wants to punish everything he hates (aka: everything) with eternal torment.
